Framy Anne was first admitted as a lawyer in 2005 in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and since then has also been admitted in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
Since her admission, Framy Anne has practised exclusively in the area of family law. Framy Anne has extensive experience with complex property matters including matters involving international proceedings in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. Framy Anne has considerable experience in financial matters, frequently dealing with complex financial issues and structures such as:
- Partnerships
- Family Trusts
- Trading Companies
- Businesses
- Splitting of both self managed and institutional superannuation funds
Framy Anne has strengths in both negotiation and court skills. She has an extensive knowledge of Family Law, a problem solving mind and the ability to listen to her client's priorities and concerns in order to achieve the best result for them.
Prior to joining Paterson and Dowding and making Perth her new home, Framy Anne worked for a well-known and leading family law firm in New South Wales.
Framy Anne grew up in Sydney and graduated from Macquarie University with a combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree. During university Framy Anne worked as an undergraduate in mid-tier and large sized firms predominantly in the area of commercial law, but soon developed a passion for Family Law during her tertiary studies. Framy Anne is currently undertaking her Masters in Applied Family Law.
