Julias experience as a business owner and sole family law practitioner has made her realise that, when it comes to family law, clients want an accessible and approachable person to represent them. She understands that separation and divorce can be an emotional and confusing time and she is committed to giving extra personal, and client-focused advice and representation in all matters of family law, including:

  • Division of matrimonial assets, including complex matters involving family trusts and businesses, partnerships, superannuation splitting and overseas assets;
  • Spousal maintenance;
  • Parenting arrangements for children after separation;
  • Child Support, including Agreements in relation to special child-support arrangements;

Julia has strong experience in negotiating prompt effective settlements in both children and property matters and in representing her clients in court in litigious matters.
